LIDZPEEPS Posted August 28, 2023 Share Posted August 28, 2023 We have a website through squarespace and want to use the commerce platform to sell at a market. There will be two of us using the app. My partner is Trying to use the Squarespace Commerce POS app to check out people at a market. The Items added to cart don't show up in cart and can't check out on Android. However, on my iphone I can add items to cart, see items in cart, and checkout. Don't understand why he isn't able to do the same since we are logged in under the same account. Link to comment

If you’re experiencing an issue with the platform, you are encouraged to inform Squarespace directly by raising a ticket through Squarespace Customer Care.
