Adding Active Campaign floating box

Hi,

We just recently started working with Active Campaign. I've embedded contact and newsletter forms easily in Squarespace.

I can't seem to find a solution for their floating / pop up newsletter box. The code Active Campaign generates is a simple embed and it just doesn't seem to work. Can anyone share their experience of this or have suggestions? It's almost a carbon copy of the Squarespace pop-up box but gives us ability to add custom fields etc.... rather than just email address as is the case with SS

Grateful for any support with this.

Can you share the page you are testing this on, and the code you've been provided by Active Campaign?

Hi, I am having the same problem. I am also new to Active Campaign. 🙂

I am adding the code in the Advanced page settings in 'Page Header Code Injection'. Is this correct?

The website is jollykids.bg and the code is:

No, when i open the page the form doesn't pop up.

Is that the only piece of code you were given when setting up Active Campaign?

When I inspect your website I don't see the code being loaded, where did you put it and did you save it?

I have added it in 'Програми' and saved it.

Active campaign gives me this simple embed code or WordPress plugin.

Ziggy, did you give up on me?

It's now showing in the code, but I can't see it triggering, so I don't think your setup on Active Campaign is correct. Can you check that?

Hi, Ziddy,

Yes, the set up is correct. I have been in communication with AC support as well and they checked the code on another website.

I have opened a ticket now, as it has been so long and this issues has not been solved.

I hope it gets resolved soon.
