Need help with site / email routing

Hello, 

I need some guidance.  I have a domain specific email address setup for use with any communication on my site.  Whenever I send a test message through the 'contact us' form or try to purchase a product on the shop page, all of the correspondence goes to the personal email address that I used to create my squarespace account.  What do I need to do to use my site email for communication?  Thank you for any feedback!
