Custom CSS randomly not applying? Returns on several refreshes? DRIVING ME NUTS!

Is anyone else experiencing this? It's sooo frustrating. Every few minutes, without rhyme or reason another element loses its styling. Mostly text, but I've already gone through and added !important to my type styles with the update a few days ago. It's impossible to work on my client's site as I can't identify what styles are working and which are just glitching.

Here's an example: My header logo on shrink is now missing. The font is displaying correctly on the left, but is no longer pulling the styles in my summary carousel. There are no errors that I can find.
