Font not changed in mobile and only changed in desktop

The "Al Guido" under the quote should be Barlow-bold however in mobile it is showing up as Merriweather. How do I change that so that Barlow bold is shown in desktop and mobile?

I am using markdown for it. Thank you!

try adding !important after font name

font-family:barlow-bold !important; font-size:0.9em;
