Sign Up form not sending confirmation email

Hi there,

I recently installed an email list sign up form on my website. I have turned Google reCaptcha on and have created a confirmation email to send out to the new subscriber.  However, the email is not going out when a subsciber signs up. The domain is verified and the automation is active. In the form, it lets me turn off or on Google reCaptcha but there is no option/field for the confirmation email in the form or for selecting the email list.

Can you please help troubleshoot the issue please?

I'm having a similar issue where people have signed up, but they don't realize they're getting a confirmation.  I'm responding to this hoping to get some answers for you (and me).
