how to change font size in a coded section

Hi there, can someone with  help with codes?

I don´t know how to change / work with codes myself. (Someone did the coding two years ago for me.)

On  my home page there are three boxes. You find them below: "Methodes that get you ahead"  ( You can switch to english should it apear in German)

Somehow the fontsize inside the boxes underneath the headline e.g.: "Somatic Coaching takes you to a ..." has changed to a bigger size then originally.  I would like to change the text size: "Everything beginns with awareness..." to a smaller fontsize but don´t know how.

The text you are pointing out is set to paragraph P, the smaller text is set to header 3 H3. 

If you change the pointed out text from being with <p></p> tags and put it within <h3></h3> tags (ie change p to h3) then it will match the other font size.
