video I'd like to showcase very short (a few secs each) looping videos of gym equipment being used for a website. Gifs, webm, embedded .mp4s or something else?

I'm working with a gym right now and want to show off some of their more unique pieces of equipment with looping videos of it being used instead of still images. What's the most efficient way to achieve this file type, bandwidth, and encoding wise?

Likely the best way to do this is uploading the videos to Squarespace (rather than Youtube or Vimeo) and then use the video controls to autoplay and loop:

.MP4 files work great, try and keep them small.
