Mobile video not centered

Hello, I have a video on my header that looks good on Desktop but it's not centering on Mobile, it's s little high up and for some reason, I see a 1 px yellow line at the bottom of it. Any ideas?

Try adding this to Design > Custom CSS

Didn't quite work. The video was still not centered, and the width seems fixed now locked at 16:9 (I like how it what taller before) and the video stopped playing...
