Attempting to edit email confirmation post-submit page

Hey there! 

When someone hits the "confirm" button on the subscription email it directs them to a very bland grey page that just says "you'll now start receiving emails from **brand name**"

I can't find anywhere to edit this page/template. 

Anyone know it it's possible to do so?
