Moved Domain over to Squarespace need help linking it to platform

I successfully transferred my domain over from blue host, however making it available for me to work with within the construct of square space has not been easy no matter what i seem to do. If anyone has had success putting their old site onto square space and revamping it using their platform i would greatly appreciate knowing how you did that.

If you'd like forum users to try to help, please provide some more details about what you've tried and the problems you are experiencing? It will also be helpful if you can share the domain name and some screenshots of the issues.

Alternatively, you may find it quicker to contact Squarespace Customer Care using a support ticket, as they'll have direct access to your account. Live chat is available Monday-Friday between 4AM and 8PM ET and from 10AM to 6PM AEST. At other times you can complete their support form and they'll email you back.

Thank you, very much  for replying. I ended up building on a whole new domain name altogether. As my previous one was just not co operating with me and did not suit my purposes anymore.
