Remove Grey Heart Icon

Hi, a small grey heart appears at the bottom of all of my Portfolio pages. I'd like to remove it but cannot find an option anywhere.

I'm sure it's super simple to fix, if someone could let me know how to remove this heart that would be great!

It is Share feature

You can add it to Design > Custom CSS to hide it

    display: none;
}
