Multiple Stores with Different E-mails

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to set up a site that has multiple stores within it. (one for perfumery, cosmetics etc.) these are for physical products for a company which already exists and has different departments, hence the different stores. 

My problem is this: I can add contributors who can only see the orders and manage the orders however, this seems to be for all stores on the website. Is there functionality which allows me to send the order information from a singe store to a single e-mail address? E.G. perfumery online store orders go to the perfumery e-mail and the cosmetics online store orders go to the cosmetic e-mail address in order to not confuse the departments with multiple different departments' emails.
