I paid $200 for this appointment system that I can't get to work and I have to work tomorrow with no appointment system. Just troves of written information and nothing works because I don't understand the process, I'm not a tech I'm a small business owner with no way to make appointments at this point. I had squareup appointments until two days ago and that worked fine, but I wanted something new and now this is turning into a nightmare. I don't think the tech community really knows what customer services is. Link to comment
