First off I like how they say we're here to help no you're not. I've been working on this for two days. I paid $200 for this appointment system that I can't get to work and I have to work tomorrow with no appointment system. Just troves of written information and nothing works because I don't understand the process, I'm not a tech I'm a small business owner with no way to make appointments at this point. I had squareup appointments until two days ago and that worked fine, but I wanted something new and now this is turning into a nightmare. I don't think the tech community really knows what customer services is.

trying to set up Acuity account, on my business page, but I can't figure out how to get rid of square up appointments first. My clients have been making appointments through square up appointments for a couple years, but I just purchased Acuity because it has more functions I can use. Ideas?
