Is it possible to add a section in a Product page category?

Hello, Im having trouble adding a section (a image slider) into a product category page... cause there is no option to add a section when the page is a "product page"... is there a way to do that or I will have to replace to a black page then add a section then add products into this section and so on...

No way to do this

You can consider replicating category page with a blank page, then use Summary Block to pull products from category page, then you can add any sections into this page
