Anajry Posted March 21, 2023 Share Posted March 21, 2023 Hi everyone, When I try to connect a domain I have on OVH Cloud (following this article https://support.squarespace.com/hc/fr-fr/articles/12880712406797), I'm stuck at the first step as I don't have a "Connect Domain" button on my Squarespace Domain area, only "Transfer domain" and "Get domain". Do you have any ideas how to proceed to connect my domain then ? Best, Link to comment
Solution Anajry Posted March 22, 2023 Author Solution Share Posted March 22, 2023 I was able to find it, the trick is not to go to your website dashboard, where there is no such button, but to go on your website (/config) to be able to get the option in Settings > Domains, here you can click on "I already have a domain" and there will be a way to connect. Convoluted for sure but at least it works. This topic can be marked as resolve. Link to comment
