Description Font Size in List Section

Does anyone know if there is a way to change the size of the DESCRIPTION in a List Section? I can only seem to figure out how to change the size of the Title but it's the Description I need a bit larger. Thank you!!

@Ziggy This code is great, thank you! Is there a solve that will work globally? I am trying to update the global type styles for Simple List copy instead of editing section by section? 

does anyone know how to edit type inside a simple list card? The code above works for simple lists without a card, but im having no luck targeting text inside the card.

Just remove data section id from the code to make it affect all list. The new code should be

.user-items-list-simple .list-item-content__description p {
    font-size: 1.2rem;
  }
