Conditional form

Hi,

Correct me if I'm wrong.

At the moment there's no way for us to make conditional form in Sqaurespace except getting hands dirty with CSS & JS ?

It's so needed these days. I hope I'm wrong and there's a way to do it.

For example;

Q: Our prices are different for Din-in and Takeaway. Which one you want?

[ ] Dine-in

[ ] Takeaway

Then based on this selection it shows different content
