Make first image bleed into header

Hi, I am trying to make the first image on the site bleed into the header on the home page. I understand it is a custom CSS but after playing around I can't find any that work.

Where the header is transparent and the image below bleeds into the above, rather than it have a solid white background.

In the header settings, you want to set the Style to Dynamic.

I can't find the setting to set the header to Dynamic. Checked in all the options.
