Squarespace automatic blog pictures don't go away when I replacee them

I keep updating the pictures Squarespace has for a template website, and they won't stay on. Yes, I save the page. Only one picture has, but I don't remember what I did different. To clarify, my picture shows up if you click on the blog but it does not show up on the blog page itself. Nor does the preview of my blog show up; it's still that Latinesque filler. How do I fix it?

I'm thinking you need to change the blog post settings.
