You can't currently save blocks in the same way that you can save sections.

What you can do is have a "design page" where you can keep blocks (or combinations of blocks) that you want to reuse, and then use the copy/paste functionality to copy a block from that page, and paste it where you want it elsewhere on your website.

This would also work if you created a reusable section with all of your reusable blocks, then you could add that to the page, copy the blocks and then delete the design section.

How to create reusable blocks in SquareSpace site?

If you are using Squarespace 7.1, you can create reusable content by saving page sections. You'll find more details about this in the support guide, Page sections

You can copy blocks from one section to another by clicking ⌘ + C on mac or Ctrl + C on Windows to copy the block, followed by ⌘ + V (or Ctrl + V) to paste the block it.

If you are using Squarespace 7.0, there isn't a built in feature but there's a third party tool called SquareTools Extension PRO which allows you to save what a set of blocks or a layout as a "Content Preset".
