responsive design on main page problem

Hello I would really appreciate a bit of help

I have a cover page which works perfectly well for desktop but as soon as I go to mobile preview or check my website on a mobile the picture gets chopped, I have followed the guidelines for images but I am totally stuck

the website is a simple one, here www.gongpath.com

Add to Design > Custom CSS

@media screen and (max-width:767px) {

    min-height: unset !important;
    height: 25vh;
}
}
