Customise Mobile Navigation on home page only

I have added custom code in the advance section on my homepage to include a white logo in the header as the homepage has a dark black and white image. Because you can only set one colour style to the mobile navigation across all pages, the mobile navigation doesn't look great on mobile. 

Is there a way to change the colour of the background, text, and cross with the mobile navigation on the homepage only?
