Anchor Link to List Section (People Block was Used as Basis)

We have text in the first paragraph that we'd like to link to the list sections below (I used a People Block to create the sections).

Is it possible to create anchor links that go to the list titles which are:  Private Chefs, Foodie Activities and Experiences?

Any help on this is appreciated!

The title of List section have an id so we can use it to set anchor link. You can share your URL here and we can take a look

Apologies, I had added the URL:  https://sturgeon-triceratops-bbg9.squarespace.com/ and the password which is Sodacreekdigital to the question but it doesn't seem to have kept it in.
