Domain forwarding issues 1/29/2023

I’m having the same trouble.  www.SVMonNeg.me points and work to connect to my SquareSpace registered URL to Substack but  SVMonNeg.me  does not point to anywhere.  Looking to see how to get SVMonNeg.me to point to www.SVMonNeg.me

Any help would be appreciated.

I am unable to forward “svmonneg.me” to “www.svmonneg.me”. I’ve tried the target URL in different formats with https://. Without it, etc.  still no luck. Any suggestions.

Need to forward because Substack requires the www.svmonneg.me. But the SVMonNeg.me is already out their.

@SV_MonNeg In your Domains panel, select the Primary domain and the check the Use www prefix checkbox.

I’m unable to forward my domain “SVMonNeg.me” to “www.SVMonNeg.me”. i followed the standard instructions by get this error.  I can’t find a link to open a help desk ticket.  Can anyone help with this newbie issue.  Thanks in advance for any remedy you can supply.  Regards,  Jude.  MonNeg = Monetarily Negative !  Sailboat name 🙂

Don’t see that when I select my primary domain.  When I select domains I have to decide to use SVMonNeg.me or www.SVMonNeg.me. I don’t have that choice.

Then I recommend you contact Squarespace Customer Care directly as they have direct access to your site and can provide hands-on assistance.
