iframe Mobile display issue

Hi,

I am trying to embed a Zoho form code block to my inquiry page. However, I am having trouble with the mobile display. 

iframe code is working fine for desktop view but looks terrible on mobile. Here is the link to the page;

Any suggestions on what I can do to get this fixed? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I'm also running into similar issue with iframe code block not resizing or fitting to screen on mobile
