Getting Forms to link address fields properly in Google drive

So I have a form on my website that asks for the clients address. This form is sent to a Google sheets. However, the address is in one large block vs being split between Street, city, state, zip code. Is there any way to get them to transfer to my google doc separated. This is important bc I need to add my quickbooks to contacts and it need to be divided up this way.
