Few Questions regarding a sticky form

Hello, is there a way to attach "If you are interested" box of text (along with the box) to the contact form below it so they merge and be looking like 1 single box? Also, currently the box of text has its style copied from the box of header text on the left, is there a way to remove the style of the box and be able to style separately on its own?

Add it to this position?

I want to have the "If you are interested" box at the top of the form like the screenshot below.

Hello, how can I place the "If you are interested" box on top. of the form (to make it a "title" of the form) and be part of the form so that it moves together with the form as the user scrolls. Is there also a way of editing the style of the "If you are interested" box without effecting the "The Swedish..." text box on the left?
