Mobile View Changes Affecting Desktop View

I am having problems with one section of my website. The text boxes are underlining all of my words.....but the underline format option isn't chosen. So I decided to start over with the text boxes. I created new text boxes, tested them live and all looked great (image attached: desktop view how I want it). Then I go to check my mobile view and this same section is a jumbled up mess. The photos are all at the top, the descriptions of the services are all mixed up too. So I reordered them on the mobile view. I did NOT edit words or format of the boxes.  When I save it, the words are all underlined again! I have no idea why.  (image attached: mobile view with underlined text).  So I go back and check my desktop view and sure enough.....the words there are now underlined as well.  I feel stuck in a very frustrating loop as I have changed all of it twice. I am looking for any input or advice on how to fix this.

Same thing happened today with me. I made changes as to how I wanted the Mobile view(clicking the mobile icon top right corner in edit page mode). All the changes also affected the desktop view, urrrgh!

I faced this yesterday & the reason, there is a missing closing tag on some Code Block on the page.

I checked your site & found your Code Block has invalid symbols
