Embedding a Google Doc that creates a new instance when a new member joins the member area

Hello everyone. I am getting ready to release a new member area on my site with video content. But the video content goes in line with a proprietary Google Doc that will need to be recreated (new instance) for each customer. I want to embed the document on the same page that the videos live on with a bit of security. I've have figured out how to embed of course but not sure how to create a new instance on 'new user' creation. Hope this is clear. My coding skills are at about a medium level. I know how to explain it in my head but nor sure what the most efficient way to go about it would be. Thanks for any help anyone can provide.
