Form Issue

I created a form block to request feedback but I can't find where the responses are going. It was accidentally named as a previous form but it's not showing up on that google sheet or as an email. Is all of the information that was submitted lost? How do I find it? TIA

SS has no log or backup of submitted forms. So if something truly has gone awry then the info is gone. SS is basically acting as a delivery service, they take the info in, pass it along to your storage option and then they are done with it.

It is frustrating that SS, once you set up a storage option does bugger all to let you verify where you stored the information. So if you think there is an error you basically need to set it up again to attempt to correct the issue.
