Image backgrounds not showing unless an image effect is chosen

My clients website has suddenly stopped displaying any of the section image backgrounds unless i choose an image effect on it. As soon as I choose "none" the image disappears.

Anyone else experience this?

Have you checked this in an incognito browser window? It sounds like a bug that you'll want to report to Squarespace Support.

Solution: I had used code on these banner images to parallax them. When SQSP added this as a feature, it removed the photos. I removed the code and this fixed
