changing background video on mobile, cropping from desktop to mobile view looks terrible

Does anyone have custom code they'd recommend to help with my cropping / resizing from the desktop page to mobile? The video crop from desktop to mobile looks terrible. I'd prefer the mobile not be so vertical and could be a smaller scaled down square or rectangle or potentially just be an image? I tried using codes found online but I'm not text savy and having difficulties finding a solution using custom CSS after inspecting the page.  https://www.ardenparkoptometry.com/      no password

This is a great guide for keeping your background videos the correct ratio on desktop and mobile:

You currently have a lot of rows on mobile and desktop, you will need to reduce these down to 1 on desktop and mobile or they will interfere with the resizing.
