Change cursor when hovering over scripted button

On the "CONTACT" page of my site, I have included an "Add File" button in the contact form using this script:

When hovering over said button, I would like the cursor to match what happens when I hover over all the other links on my site (the pointy finger hand one) instead of staying as the standard cursor model. I cannot work out how to do this, please help!
