Changing Newsletter button to a different style, 7.1

Hi, I'm trying to change the Newsletter block submit button style from underline (currently the Primary button style used globally) to an outline or solid rectangle style. The site is 7.1. Thank you for any help!

Can you share your site with the protected password? Some Css code can work around with it

Try adding to Home > Design > Custom Css

  border-top: inset !important;
  border-right: inset !important;
  border-left: inset !important;
}
