Portfolio Background Image Opacity

Trying to find a way to stop image opacity being reduced on main Portfolio page. Being done to create a hover effect. No settings to adjust it. in style. It will be a custom CSS application.

Hello Joseph, I don't have the page displaying as I won't if I can't get it to work. It's https://destructo.squarespace.com/portfolio-3 I don't want the bleaching out effect squarespace has as it ruins the vibrance of image. Any thoughts appreciated

Try adding to Design > Custom CSS

.portfolio-hover[data-animation="fade"] .portfolio-hover-bg-img {
    opacity: 1 !important;
}

Hello Tuanphan, that code is influencing the rollover image. However what I want to control is the initial stage which is bleaching the first image out. Probably by reducing opacity? when I roll over numbers they display correctly without the desaturated effect. Thank you for help.
