Custom cursor not working properly

Hello, 😁

My custom cursor I have uploaded with the following code is not working properly (sometimes, yes but not always) 

body {

margin: 0;

height: 100vh;

cursor: url(https://static1.squarespace.com/static/50d0ada7e4b083888e6c9667/t/633245340167753c6fe59feb/1664238900041/old+lady+cursor.png), auto;

}

a:hover{

cursor: url(https://static1.squarespace.com/static/50d0ada7e4b083888e6c9667/t/633245340167753c6fe59feb/1664238900041/old+lady+cursor.png), auto;

}

Does anyone know why that might be? It is 30px x 30px so I am not sure why it won't work perfectly.
