Single Page Header Link Scroll

Using version 7.1, is there a way to add header titles that, when clicked, don't navigate to a new page, but instead scroll down to the corresponding section on the same page? I know that anchor links can be included within the page, but I'd like that feature on header links. I've also found information on how to do this with a button in the header, but I don't want it as a button.

Yes. You can enter anchor links in Header Menu Item, same as anchor link on page content.
