Custom font does not appear for selection in the drop-down menu

Hi there, it's not the first time I uploaded a custom font. However this time, the font does not show in the style site section to be selected in the font drop-down. Has something changed or anything that I have missed?

To use custom font, you need to upload it (you did) & use custom code. Custom Font won't appear on Site Styles.

Which element you want to apply font for? What is site url? We can give custom code.
