Markdown block or CSS? Which one use

Hello, I have my website already designed by someone else, and I love it. But now I am making changes on the H1, H2, H3, and paragraphs with SEO purposes and the fonts and sizes change automatically. What's best to use: markdown block or css?

I am trying to edit each block with markdown but I don't know how to do it.

For instance: at the images attached: original without SEO I like fonts and sizes, and the 2nd image I changed the: "How can I help you" from h2 to a Paragraph, the size is ok, but not the font), and then on the list of services: 01/ Online Life Coaching I changed to h2 but I want it looks like paragraph as 02/Photography and 03/Veim Energy Massage and Reiki
