CSS Coding To Change Font Form Title Color

Hello,
I was able to use CSS Code to change the font box color- however now I cannot read the "Name" "Email" titles of the form as it blends in with my background.  I cannot figure out the correct code no matter what I do to change this.

Please help!

Add to Design > Custom CSS

legend.title, .caption, label.title {
    color: black !important;
}
