Change Footer Background Colour in 7.0

Hello, I'm using the Nueva template on Squarespace 7.0

Wondering how I can change the colour of the footer background for all pages? I've changed the header background and cannot get the footer to change.

It's ridiculous that I even have to reach out to do something that Squarespace should have built right in.
