navigation How to remove the extra padding at the top of the nav on 7.1

I've noticed this to be a new issue with 7.1

There is extra padding at the top of the nav, making it not vertically aligned in the center. I can only fix it with a negative top margin. How do I fix this?

Hey, I had a similar problem and that code worked for me - although does anyone know why this is happening? It's usually is not like this, but I made a website recently using one of the pre-made templates (I usually just start a blank or clone one of my own templates) and the nav was like this, weird!
