7.1 GALLERY IMAGES: Overlay, Title, Caption on Hover

Hi there, 

I'm trying to make the heading & caption aligned on the left of the image hover in this gallery. 
I've attached an image of the current alignment vs my goal of alignment. 

I'd ideally like to be able to easily change the size, colour, format, padding, typography emphasis etc of the text within the coding too.

I've attached images of all the current coding on the website, including the page itself, the images & under Design > Custom CSS. 

If anyone can assist me with figuring this out, I'd be very grateful!
