CSS added phrase goes over my menu...

I have this phrase that I added under the 3 main categories of my website:

.portfolio-hover-items::after {
  content: 'Créateur d’image et de langage de marques pour les secteurs du luxe, immobilier et événementiel.';
    display: block;
    font-size: 20px;
    position: absolute;
    top: 710px;

Which works just fine at a certain size of my window but when I go full screen on my iMac it goes over those categories. And when I go full screen on a 13' inch Macbook the phrase is just too low. Any tips/codes to make sure it stays at the same place ?

Thanks !

FYI: I used the template Zion as a starting point.

Have you try using percentage instead of hard measure with pixel. I suggest using top: 80% for example
