Wistia embedded videos not working

Hello everyone, 

I am running into an issue with embedded Wistia videos appearing blurry and/or showing no play icon for some users. My client and his colleague are both having this issue using Safari and Firefox browsers. I, however, using Chrome, am not having an issue. Squarespace support were also not able to replicate the issue on their end, using both Chrome and Safari. Still, my client is obviously not okay with this, but I'm not sure how to troubleshoot since it's a simple copying of embed code for the corresponding video, then pasting into an embed block. I'm wondering if something else code-related on the site could be conflicting, or... what the problem might be?
