Issue with mobile to header/bar loading

Hi 

I need some help with my website. I used some code to make the mobile header bar transparent just on the home page.  Now when I navigate to any other page the header doesn't load. I have to refresh the page again then it appears. Please see the image below. 

I have the same issue with recaptcha , some times(most of the the times its not there ) it doesn't load. I have to refresh the page to load it.
