Imported Etsy Reviews Not Showing

Recommended Posts

Site URL: https://www.thecreativewitchco.com/

Hello! I have created a new store and imported all of my products and reviews from etsy. I see the reviews in the side tab but they will not show up on the product detail pages. And when I go to enable them to display the option is greyed out. I went to try and change the template thinking maybe the template is the problem and I was not able to change the template either.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Please try importing them again. You can do this many times without issues.

Normally, when you've imported them, the link usually shows REIMPORT instead of IMPORT, so your screenshot suggested that they may not have imported yet - or Squarespace have changed the way it looks, or there’s a technical fault (“bug”).

When you've successfully imported them (it can take up to 20 minutes) check again to see is the imported reviews option is available.

If you are still experiencing issues, please contact Squarespace Customer Care.

I'm having a similar issue today. I've imported my reviews before successfully (20 minutes was about right to wait), but today, no matter how many times I try to update, nothing happens (I've been trying off and on for the last five hours and no updates). It takes me through "Refresh" and "Grant Access," then then does nothing. It doesn't give me any sign that it's importing, failing to import, or needs to be re-tried--just goes through refresh > login & import > grant access > back to the commerce screen over and over with no progress or sign that anything's happening. I've turned off all ad blockers on all related sites (my site, my SquareSpace site, Etsy) and I've tried using Edge, Firefox, and Chrome. What am I missing?

When a Squarespace feature isn't working as expected it is best to get straight in touch with Squarespace Customer Care. As a forum community we would love to help but we are unable to resolve technical issues with the platform.
