Add a header bar with button tabs at the top

We would like to add 2 clickable buttons inside of a bar at the top of our website to link 2 domains.

tab one: SALON

tab two: BRIDAL

It will need javascript coding. If these are two different domains then these tabs will be added into both sites(with script). Let me know if you will need more help on development. Or if you DIY then these links will be helpful.

You can add 2 text links into Announcement Bar, then let me know. We can give the code to achieve mockup layout.
